During the Alexander Technique individual sessions you learn to pause, take time, think constructively about how you use yourself in everyday life, e.g. when standing, walking, sitting, speaking, being on the phone etc. 

I accompany you in this process with new ideas, anatomical pictures and if necessary with gentle guidance of my hands. You will perceive habitual interfering habits of thinking and movements, refrain from them and optimize them with more appropriate ideas. This will improve your mobility, posture, performance and alertness as well as reduce unnecessary tension and stress. You will experience that this simple method can bring far-reaching and beneficial results. 

If desired, vision training can be included during the AT sessions.

You learn a lot about yourself in a group by observing the unconscious habits of others in a nonjudgmental way. Your own experience and learning processes are enhanced. Therefore it`s very interesting and as well fun to study together. 

Vision training can be included if so desired.

My holiday workshops in connection with the Alexander Technique are an insider tip. These weeks always happen in very beautiful destinations. During the workshop you can learn and experience your well-being during your everyday life activities. In the morning we start with 2 hours of group work followed by 20 min. of individual session. The afternoons are free and in the evenings we come together for dinner.
